Muriel L. Poore (nee Allen) passed away Monday, February 22, 2016. Beloved mother of David, Renée, James, Joseph, Todd, Scott Poore, Mimi Hall and Denise Penze. Loving sister to Audie Hassenauer, Carol Gibilisco, Brother Donald Allen and sister-in-law to Joan Allen and Ted Lodge. Proud grandmother of many.
Muriel’s life was dedicated to service through many years with Meals on Wheels and volunteer work at Northwest Community Hospital. She served as a Eucharistic minister for St. Raymond de Penafort where she was also an active member in the spirituality group. Her passion for square dancing brought her to the Arlington Squares where she actively danced for many years.
Visitation Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd., at Northwest Hwy., Mt. Prospect, IL. Visitation Friday 9:30 am until Mass 10:30 am at St. Raymond de Penafort, Elmhurst Rd. (Rt.83) at Lincoln St., Mt. Prospect., Mt. Prospect, IL.
